        About an hour late with no call, machine broke and couldn't finish the last room even though the carpet had already been pre-treated. Couches look okay, the back of one is exposed to be cleaned and it didn't get cleaned. After further exception when they left, noticed they didn't even clean all the way to the baseboards. Pretty disappointed in what I got for the price. Won't be using them again.
