Honestly pretty satisfied with the dental work however I have an overpayment credit of almost 500 dollars if not more that I found out about at my last visit I sense then almost a month ago requested a refund and I keep getting told to call back each week to check the status of it. I called again last Friday and they told me to call back in 2 weeks I never did get notified of an overpayment the receptionist just must have slipped up I asked how much I had for a credit and she told me . Seems very dishonest practice of this location. To not notify of overpayments right away took me almost a year to find out about this spoke to Hailey in billing every Thursday for the last few weeks and just keep getting told its waiting to get approved ? Why do they need to approve to refund money that does not belong to them?

Dr. Zuleima and her team always make an extra effort to make you feel comfortable and satisfied with the service. I have been looking for a dentist who made me feel cared for, and I finally found it here! Also, modern location/equipment.
