        The service level from Tony Strang and his group is appreciated. They are always there to answer questions and they call me back in a timely manner. They have even called me when events happen in my community to make sure everything is ok (Derecho 2020)

        I was happy with Allstate up until sometime last year when I noticed my auto insurance monthly payment went from $88 to $155 with absolutely no explanation. I reached out to my agent who told me that it went up due to state wide adjustments and theres nothing they can do Anyway, what an absolutely ridiculous amount of money to pay for auto insurance when youve bundled with your home and have a clean driving record. I contacted my agent multiple times cancel my auto policy this past month, and he never responded. Finally, I had to go through their customer service line to get any acknowledgment. Im now paying $36/m for the exact same coverage elsewhere.
