        They killed a large portion of our yard and didn't offer to fix it. All they did was offer a discount on future treatments. Seriously? The neighbors who don't even take care of their yards have better looking lawns than this.

        I think Trugreen has a great service however I have now called 3 to 5 times today only to either be just connected to the option to hold your place in line but you cannot get a hold of anybody in Trugreen when I did the chat app I was 31 person in line I try it right away at 9 AM when they open I tried at noon three and four so Frustrated. That you can’t get a hold of anybody local and you have to go through this freaking 800 number. They say they will come out and re-treat your yard if you’re not happy but the problem is you can’t get a hold of them there app is less than customer friendly when trying to chat.
