I would absolutely recommend Big B's to anyone who wants reliable, quick, and honest work done to their vehicle. Our car had some tough to find brake pads and rotors and Brandon not only explained everything but took time on his day off to call around and drive to three different car part stores to make sure he could get my husband back on the road by Monday. Not only do we appreciate the hard work, but as a person you can tell Brandon really cares about his customers and the work he does for them. Brandon Did a beyond fantastic job on replacing my motor , timing and power steering. He not only did an exceptionally great job replacing the needed parts but he went above and beyond expectations in ensuring my car was running optimally. He made sure I received the best deal for my parts, changed my oil, flushed my transmission and let me know of the future things I will need to keep and eye on and replace eventually to keep my car running.
