received little-to-no financial advice from Scott Rolin (literally told me to "get a job" as advice when asking how to approach the gig economy as a SAHD); when they filed my taxes for two states (one of which would have been completely free as that state will do them for you if you make less than 69k/yr) I was also not informed that I still needed to pay each state myself, leaving me to wonder just what I was paying an exorbitant amount for. I've been paying taxes for over two decades now, in (now) five different states; this was by far the worst experience I have ever encountered. I've received better attention and service from H&R Block than I did this "company". When I reached out to them following up from my experience, they simply did not respond at all. If you do not have wealth up in NE Scott County, I would suggest you stay as far away from this business as you can.

Low balled us(my significant other, specifically) on a tax price quote and told us to "never come back" after being 20 short. We will make sure our family and friends never go there again.
