I made several calls to local roofers who were either completely nonresponsive, overpriced, or just plain unprofessional. In contrast, RedStar Builders LLC was immediately responsive, and most willing to work with me from the first call I made to them. There was no waiting around for an estimate, and they went out of their way to help get the process going. Devon was extremely helpful, respectful, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. It was so refreshing to talk with a person who was genuinely interested in doing my project, and so courteous. He consistently communicated with me through email, text and phone calls throughout the project, which I truly appreciated. The workers did an exceptional job installing the metal roof on my outer building, exceeding all my expectations. I highly recommend their work to anyone wanting a professional, quality job and some good, honest respect in the process. I most definitely plan on a future project with this excellent company. "Devon came out to do a roof inspection for me after a nasty storm hit. Thankfully there was no damage. I have a lot of respect for Devon being so honest. He could have told me there was damage and it's going to cost however much, but he was honest and for that i will come to him when i do need anything metal roof or pole barn related. "
