My boyfriend and I recently just purchased a Panther built home in Cedar Falls. First and foremost, I walked through multiple Panther and Skogman homes and in my personal opinion the panther builds were much more exquisite. The layout in our home is very roomy and beautiful, but also does a wonderful job of privacy and comfort. Mason, our builder, is nothing short of fantastic. He is responsive, empathic, and you can just tell that his passion for his builds and his buyers shine right through. Any questions, details or touch ups we needed done were handled immediately. Things were replaced if not up to his standards with no hassle what so ever. Our experience with Panther, Kevin and Mason has been so pleasant. Happy with our new home is an understatement! Panther Builders was excellent to work with overall, they built our new home a few years back. We had a custom home built on a wooded lot outside of town. Panther helped us secure the lot, covered finances up front and provided temporary living for us while our home was being built after our previous home sold nobody else in the area offered anything similar. They also worked with us to allow us to do some of the site prep and interior work ourselves. We couldnt have made our dream home come true with any other builder.
Panther uses top notch sub-contractors and suppliers, the only caveat Id say would be their choice in tile installers as weve had some lingering issues (I assume theyve moved on to other providers since our build).
I have and will continue to suggest people consider Panther for their home builds, they offer services nobody else does and they go above and beyond.
Were there a few issues along the way? Sure. Ive never heard of any home build being 100% perfect, especially for a particular customer like myself. Did they react to our concerns? Absolutely. When minor issues arose even a couple years later, did they provide support? Again, absolutely.
I was also very assured that Kevin Fittro had joined the Panther team. Having previously lived in a Skogman neighborhood, wed worked with Kevin on our past home purchase and a few follow-up items throughout the course of our ownership. He is great at what he does, fantastic to work with and always went above and beyond to get things taken quickly. A great addition to an otherwise fantastic team!
