We absolutely loved Megan and Justin (realtor) helping us get set up with all the things for our new home. We have been frustrated by the way Skogman has been careless with our yard and helping us with our warranty since move in. We have a receding fence line from the house being built next door. When we email about things that need to be fixed, we dont hear back until we send multiple emails. Its disappointing that what started as an amazing experience has turned sour from the lack of care or response from the people in charge of covering our warranty.
*Update on 5/26/22: Skogman has gone out of their way to ensure that we have had our needs and concerns heard regarding fixes within our house. They visited with us three different times to rectify the situation which was very considerate. After conferring with a friend who recently built with someone else, Skogman really does have much better homes and services they have built. I appreciate their willingness to help us with the home building process and the steps following it.
