Working with Dan B. at Oakridge is always a great experience. Knowledgeable, prompt, and professional. We have worked with Dan on multiple occasions and he is always our first call.

Pros: Agent was able provide multiple showings for us, Cons: she pull mischief moves on us and we broke ties. This is 2022 when the market was crazy and we offered on 3 houses during this time frame but she was in discussions with the sellers & listing agents trying to get us to both offer more money AND waive inspection. She tricked us into paying for a "secret" inspection where her "friend" would do an inspection and not file a report while we were working and that our agent would be there to get photos and notes... she didn't do that and we lost a few hundred bucks for no reason, possible her friend gave her a cut. Ended up deciding not to offer and broke ties. Would not recommend this agent, but the rest of the firm seems okay so they get 2 stars.

Couldnt have had a better experience with Nicole Burns. In our case, as a buyer, she looks at every little detail as if she was buying the property. Her vast knowledge, and dig in personality, helped us better understand the home we were purchasing and avoid any items that could have been future problems.
