Hi Jeremy. We are so sorry you feel this way, especially having left this review before you even picked up your vehicle! It appears you have never had a good experience at any repair facility with your 16 year old Audi or your 18 year old VW. We were hoping to change that but we are unsure how we could console you about your bad wheel bearing. The day of your appointment we kept you informed the job was taking longer than it should due to the rusty condition under your vehicle. We stayed until about 8pm on a Friday in an attempt to finish it for you but ultimately, when we road tested it, we were not satisfied and put you in a Mercedes (free of charge) for you to drive back home (approximately an hour away) and enjoy for the weekend. You verbally lambasted the sales staff on Saturday but we don't know why because you just seemed upset about the fact your car was broken. You did tell us you had replaced a wheel bearing in a Jeep before and it should only take 15 minutes so we must not know what we are doing. On your Audi, common labor time calls for approximately 5 hours (on a non-rusty one). Unfortunately, it took us roughly double that and we wish your car was not so rusty, but the repair fought us every step of the way. We had your vehicle ready before 9am on Monday for you but you seemed very upset and hung up numerous times on multiple staff members. We did not charge you anymore money even though it took us twice as long due to rust and you accused us of breaking things on your car that we brought to your attention that needed repair. I left you a message on Monday to try to help you but you did not return my call. You left us this bad review BEFORE you even picked the car up. When you did finally send a member of your family to get the car they complained about the bill even though it was exactly what was quoted when you made the appointment. Unfortunately, we feel we went over and above to serve you and have no idea why your are mad, other than just to be mad. In fact, I think the shop folks earned a 5 star on this one. Most folks would have been very happy with the effort of staying late on Friday, not returning the car back to them after failing the road test, putting them in a Mercedes for the weekend for free and then having the car done by 9am Monday with no additional charges for the extra time or rental fee for the car. I would definitely recommend trying to find another shop that could better suit your specific expectations, as were obviously unable to. We do appreciate you replacing the fuel you used in the Mercedes Benz while you drove it last weekend. Thanks so much and I hope life treats you better in the future.
