We thought we were going to need new carpets due to pet odor. We had tried cleaning them ourselves, poured on gallons of enzymatic cleaner and the smell just seemed to get worse. Had Stanley Steamer in and the odor is gone. The pricing was reasonable, the workers were so great, and it was surprisingly quick. So glad we gave them a try.

I've never written a review before but I just had to for this one. While moving out of my apartment I had ordered the general carpet cleaning with pet odor removal. After the cleaning, the carpets smelled 100x worse than before the cleaning and the odor would not go away no matter how hard we tried. My landlord made me pay to replace the carpets and Stanley Steamer's response for a satisfaction guarantee was that there was nothing they could do. I've been trying to contact them for over a month now, even calling their corporate customer service number, but since this branch is independently owned and operated they seem to be ignoring me. The service man was pleasant and kind, even offering to go above and beyond for us, but it seems like the owners are being dodgy about their customer service guarantee.
