If I could give ZERO stars I would. I spent months working with Mike on subdividing my property-- having to chase him down multiple times through phone calls and emails. My plan was to divide my 5 acres into 3 (1) acre lots with out lots associated to each acre and have the plat submitted to the county per their pre-approval. The plan was to include having 2 lots documented as Non-buildable as documented in the Unified Development Code of Linn County and conforming to the requirements for a minor subdivision. Mike knew all along during our conversations what my intentions were although he did not believe the county would approve. When the county did agree to my interpretation Mike sent a work order to begin the work. I had to edit his work order and document in my emails the exact submission I wanted provided to the county because Mike still did not believe my plan was viable. Mike ultimately refused to survey, plat, and submit my plan for the 3 (1) acre lots to the county. I suggest his allegiance to his cronies at the county is more valuable to him than that of a paying customer. His unwillingness to submit my proposal, which was conceptually approved by the county planning and zoning committee along with the secondary roads department begs to question the professionalism of this organization. If you need something that is cookie cutter surveyed perhaps this is an organization you may want to do business with. If you need someone to follow YOUR decisions and work with YOU I would suggest not wasting your time.

I was referred here by a friend when I needed a survey done. I was warned that they were " very good, but expensive". They were the least expensive of the three estimates I solicited. They are very prompt and professional.
