        This pains me to write because i have been a long time member. (At least 12+ years) But they have terrible customer service. I mobile deposited a check but i guess they had some problems reading the account number. Instead of calling me they mail me a letter and it takes 5 days to get to me.. iv already shredded the check and its going to be a pain to get a new one issued. This is just pure laziness on their end. There is no reason not to call the customer. I held on to the check for 3 days like you should then i shredded it. If they would have called me when they found out they couldnt read the account number i would have still had the check and i could have brought it in. Will definitely be looking into moving my accounts.

        Bad customer service was rude I did call you back and you said that you would talk to them and I went in again and they were even more rude. I'M NEVER COMING BACK TO YOUR PLACE AGAIN
