Aspen Dental - Cedar Rapids, IA (Lindale)

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. I broke my tooth and was surprised that I got an appointment for the next morning! (Another dental office couldn't see me for two more days.). The staff is very professional and helpful. I think it's great how well they explain what they're going to do, and often asked me how I was doing. It was a very good experience at a dental office for me!

They cant seem to figure out their scheduling. They are constantly calling to reschedule your appointment because theyre incapable of planning ahead. Had my appointment canceled and rescheduled three times in a row! On top of that, every single time Ive been there theyve pushed expensive and unnecessary cosmetic procedures even though Ive told them that my insurance doesnt cover them and I cant afford them.

I had a really good experience Dr Pham was so nice and so we're all the assistance from financial to dental assistants to the receptionist everyone was so friendly and so nice and they listen to me bent and I felt like it was a good experience not to mention I just went in for the impressions today and I go back in on the 1st for the try on it's amazing how fast and efficient Aspen Dental is I was also surprised that my insurance covered $1,200 from what I thought was going to have to come out of my own pocket so grateful my costs end up less than $500 and I couldn't be happier.. my mom also had her dentures done by Dr Pham and she couldn't be happier and they look great on her
