Was calling around looking for a new dentist and was given this place. Called and spoke to the receptionist (I believe she said her name was Kelly) who just did not have the time for my questions or provide any answers. Acted like my calling in to the business interrupted her crossword puzzle. Glad I dodged a bullet if that's the service to be expected.

My daughter and I have been going to this dentist for years. My last appointment was marked as a "no call/no show" because I was a little late arriving. I had the appointment in my phone calendar and written down on paper. When I arrived I was EARLY according to my records. I explained this to them. Either way, it's not a "no show." The new receptionist was rude and unreasonable when I went in. I sincerely hope the dentist hires a new appointment scheduler that's actually capable of doing their customer service job!

The quality of dental care in this practice is second to none. As with the real MASH surgeons of yesteryear, experience matters.
