The receptionists at the front desk were not welcoming! The nurse that took my child and I back to our room was not friendly! She didnt even ask how we were doing and she did not smile one time! The actual dentist was very nice and friendly! The office itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained.

I went in today as an emergency walk in got there at 8:00 am and was out by 9:07 am. Entire staff was super nice friendly! I injured my bad tooth () and it needed to be extracted and I didnt even realize it was out. Awesome technique nice easy hands!! I highly recommend this dentist and staff I wish I could bottle their energy and customer service skills and take it with me everywhere I go. Awesome sauce x10 Thank you all! I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL TO EASTERN IOWA HEALTH... DENTAL!!!! I traveled from Dubuque to Cedar Rapids for a dental emergency. Unfortunately they don't have the tools for a root canal, but they did everything in their power to give me relief from the constant pain. Offered me extra numbing shots for a few hours of pain relief, Jorge offered service on Saturday with affordability and ultimately got me into another local dentist at Eastern Iowa ENDODONTICS and I finally got relief with a smooth root canal... They both worked together and saved the day... I wish they were closer to Dubuque because I don't remember ever having such amazing dentistry and service in my community. I cannot thank you all enough for how gratefulI am and how kind you all were... Genuinely caring people and take their jobs serious... Thanks again, April White
