Easily the worst in the state, I would rather have someone inexperienced who actually cares about their patients. One star, two thumbs down

Took my son here to get a tooth pulled before braces, he came out with blood all over his shirt, tooth in pieces. Of course no accountability was taken. I went to call recently ONLY to get a referral due to him having wisdom tooth pain and she had every excuse on why he couldnt be seen.No new patients, only one dentist, maybe she could get him in because he has pain. No empathy even though hes a kid. Then said I had to pay $200 for his aforementioned horrifying experience because they billed an insurance I never had instead of my primary and now my primary wont cover it. I can see why this place is down to 1 dentist. This place is a mess. I shouldnt have bothered.

I'm happy with them. I called on Wednesday w/ horrible pain at broken wisdom and they made my appt for the following morning. After doing X-rays was told my options and I opted for removal (which he did 15 min later) like I should have many moons ago. I will leave bad reviews in a hot sec, but I haven't had that type of service here.....it's a busy place sure. I don't personally need all the pleasantries, just want to get it done. Doctor Mossi does that for me. Thanks
