Loris design team has helped me with my home, and two professional office spaces. They help from the planning stages, to the final touches and everything in between. I am always amazed at how they can see the final project in their minds and make it a reality. I am incredibly grateful that they were a part of my projects. Having a designer helps take the guessing game off the table and decreases the stress of the project.

The ladies at Lori Wiles Design studio were very attentive to our needs with the buildout of our business. We were on a very limited budget for remodel and they brought it all together for us. We love the work they did and are very proud of the space we created together. Lori Wiles Design helped us pick out furniture and update our kitchen. Megan was great to work with and helped us pick out very nice things. It is very difficult to have an idea how much the costs for their services will be as they charge by the hour. Even though we were happy with what they found for us and thought it was quick and simple the costs were way more than expected. People should be aware that with their business model Lori Wiles charges for even e-mail correspondence. We purchased some of our items from Lori Wiles in which we agreed to pay the designer's price plus 30% to her. When we inquired about the items after not hearing anything for six weeks we were charged for the e-mail to let us know the status of them. We were then charged for the e-mail to let us know when they were in. We had to pay a delivery charge for the items to be delivered to Lori Wiles and then they wanted us to pay an additional delivery charge to have them delivered to our home. I said the items will easily fit in my vehicle so I'll pick them up and they said there would be a charge to have someone there when I picked them up. When I complained about this she didn't charge us for picking up the items. We spent a lot of money with them and I was surprised they didn't contact us after improvements were done to see if all went ok, but then we would have had to pay for them to do that.

I haven't had them do any work for me personally, but I know a few who have. They know quality and precision to a T. I have seen how they work since I work on equipment in their office and they pay attention to detail for sure.
