Yesterday i had the absolute pleasure to deal with Tina over the phone in hopes that their company would represent me and my family and a wrongful death case. Tina was the most understanding, easy to talk to, compassionate, wonderful human being. She made me feel so comfortable and discussing my case in which I was very, very nervous to speak about there needs to be more people in this world like Tina and her company is so lucky to have her On their team. The folks at RSH Legal are amazing and have saved my daughter's life fighting for social security benefits and winning! We've never had anyone fight for us and be so compassionate while doing it. They immediately understood the level of help as well as the type of communication that my daughter needed to be able to be a part of every step in a frustrating process. I was impressed by how quickly they contacted me but less impressed at how quickly they dropped me. Tina advised me to get x-rays which I did but before even seeing the x-rays they decided to drop me and even in her own words in a letter she did not assess my total situation. I guess actions or non actions speak louder than words.
