        order a small bacon cheeseburger pizza. just how I worded it. got a sandwich instead. called back and found out they don't make that pizza anymore. now I'm out 10 dollars. how can mistakenly take that as a sandwich?

        The manager Jennette? (don't remember the spelling) is habitually and aggressively rude, reactive to the most minor inconveniences to the point I feel uncomfortable. I understand people can't help having anger disorders, but it's disappointing when a business places staff bad with people and stress in the most people-orientated, stressful roles. An accurate reflection of upper management's values and the company in turn? Anyway, I would have been satisfied with a quick, painless sorry. Sad.
