They hired us to work for y=them and paid by check, the check didn't go through and ty=they said they would give us a credit card # , we have called al their Phone and text and will not return our call. DON'T DO ANY WORK FOR THEM, I'M TURNING THEM IN TO THE COURT FOR BAD CHECKS. Service: Custom carpentry services

DO NOT USE THIS CON MAN...NOT ONLY IS HE A LIAR BUT A THIEF AS WELL.hired him to remodel our house and put on an addition ..all work that was done had to be redone due to his incompetence..he conned us out of $60000 for supplies and pool and hot tub that was never ordered HE started the project then after he convinced us to give him the money..he took off and abandoned the project. He refuses to meet and refund our money no texts no phone calls.also be aware this coward is also a thief..he stole thousands of dollars worth of wood bought for the remodel project..he is a smooth con artist that could convince an Eskimo to buy ice.. You should see the mess they've left at my neighbors place!! They were supposed to fix the water/sewer line & ended up completely tearing up the WHOLE front yard- and I mean the WHOLE YARD the full length of the house from house to sidewalk. They took out half the driveway pavement unnecessarily. Damaged a very large tree by hitting it with the equipment. And damaged front deck to where it will have to be removed & replaced. When they did figure out how to fix the water/sewer lines, the fix was left against Code. (The renter over heard the conversation with between the workers and the boss when they found the problen and the boss advised them to "make it take another day" to fix). They then improperly mixed bags of cement and smeared it over the unlevel dirt of the driveway at a slope as they ran out of cement. And DISAPPEARED!!!
The whole yard, deck, & driveway sit destroyed.

Don't wast your time with this sorry excuse of a company , I'm embarrassed to even say I worked here, I am still owed money from my last two checks. Supposedly weekly pay but couldn't keep their word on that & continue to give people the run around knowing they have personal situations going . I strongly suggest take your business elsewhere cause this here is not it.

BE VERY CAREFUL: I found Chad and Tracey Construction on thumbtack. His team did an excellent job installing a new luxury vinyl floor in our patio room. We also had them install a radiant floor under the floor which is on a concrete slab. Initially, everything worked great. I still love the floor (Home Depot's Life Proof which Chad recommended) and it had warmed to a nice 72 degrees (our setting). HOWEVER, on February 2, 2020 (Superbowl Sunday) the heated floor which they installed stopped working. Chad came out and looked at it within a week. He called the manufacturer and told us he was unable to fix it due to a manufacturing part needed. The needed part came in in early March 2020. I spoke with Chad on the phone in March 2020 and he sounded sick. Considering the world was now in the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, we agreed to reschedule. He was supposed to call when feeling better. No phone call, no text, no email. Months went by without hearing from him. My husband reached out by text on several occasions to complete the fix and Chad would schedule and then cancel the day of the appointment (often within an hour of when he was scheduled to arrive) - even though this effected OUR work schedule. Then it was spring and Chad said we had to wait till the weather cooled. More dates scheduled and no shows. It is now July 25, 2021 more that 19 MONTHS since the floor THEY INSTALLED STOPPED WORKING... 19 MONTHS - nearly 2 years- we have been waiting. Last winter the floor temperature dropped to the 45 degrees! This floor was expensive (about two thousand dollars for materials and labor). I thought I had found a reliable company to see it through. Very sad to give this low rating but the follow-up has been absolutely abysmal. If you choose to use them BE CAREFUL...it may "look" good but not function. We are still waiting for Chad to honor his word and see this through. Oh and Chad has stopped responding to my husband's texts. Service: Installation
