Jay Simms and the staff at Armour Insurance are always helpful, responsive and incredibly courteous. Jay is thorough and provides a level of personal service that you wont receive from other agencies. He even helped save my parents over $2K in annual premiums when they switched from a different independent agency. He took the time to answer all their questions and ran numerous scenarios for them so that they could accurately see their coverages and related costs.

I switched to Jay and the Armour team and saved money on my homeowners policy, and got better coverage than I had with my previous agent. After that awesome experience, I moved my umbrella and boat policy to Armour. They are always available and reply quickly to my questions. They have even reminded me when my policy is coming up for renewal! I cannot recommend this agency enough.
