I have come here for yeats, They are always so friendly and helpful. My most recent appointment their was some building maintenance issues in the building next to them causing a bit of an emergency for staff. While handling water leaking into their suite, they still provided exceptional customer service and got me in and out without issue. I will continue to go back!

Went in to check this place out due to needing new lenses. I wouldnt recommend this place. Was done with everything and picked out two (different) frames each priced 79.95. (Apparently theres a buy one get a second pair 40-50% off or something). Sat down with the lady (who seemed frazzled) and was told I was allowed up to $130 for frames that insurance would cover so I was within that. My exam was $10, the additional eye test was $30 and the copay for the lenses was $25. But with the second pair wouldve been like $144 (that I had to pay which confused me but like I said, she was frazzled and was confusing me). Said no thank you to the second pair. Tells me the price of $65 and charges me out. Get home to find out she charged me $144 dollars and when I called was told oh, it looks like I didnt give you the discount for the second pair and I said I didnt get a second pair to which she said yeah I told you to get the free exam, you need the second pair which was never discussed but I didnt care about a free exam my copay is $10. So I told her that wasnt discussed but that Id take them (thinking well both pairs I grabbed were cute, might as well) and they refunded like 30ish dollars. Go pick up to find out both pairs were exactly the same as one another. Like why would I want two pairs of the exact frames? At that point it was whatever and just took them.

Friendly staff, answered all my questions and explained to me what I wasn't sure about. The doctor was very nice. My overall experience was excellent.
