Little Caesars Pizza

Here we go again order a meal wait an hour try to go pick it up thinking their system is down they have the door locked, drive thru wrapped and everytime you call they pick up the phone and hang up. Now im waiting to get my money back for the order i never received. Find a location in onaha to go to this one has always had bad management. They wont even answer the phone the next day. Placed my order at 8 said it would be ready at 830 I'm sitting at their window was told my stuff crust isn't done and it would be 5 minutes. Now 15 minutes later still not done and they are all walking around aimlessly and 1 is sweeping bet he doesnt wash his hands. Where are the managers and do you want to keep customers? This place just keeps getting worse! Not coming back!

Sat in drive thru for 20 min than asked to park for 20-25min but its 40 minutes later and Im still waiting on my food I tried to go in the door cuz there not supposed to close until 11:30 pm today but the doors were locked and than on top of that there were people parked 15 min after I was parked but they got there food first and had like 6 pizzas how does that work when I ordered 1 pizza a breadsticks and dipping sauce

Advised of time it would be ready. I actually was about 10 minutes late from what I was told when it would be ready. After waiting 15 minutes after the quoted time. I asked what was taking so long. I gave them my information to look me up in the system to check the status of my order. She told me they haven't even started making it yet. The representative that was helping me she was very nice & professional. I told 8 would like to cancel my order because I didn't have any more to wait. So they said it was canceled & the funds were refunded it's been like 4 days & I haven't seen any returned funds , I'm still waiting
