        I called on Saturday March 2nd, to inquire about my check engine light that is on. I was told by the receptionist, that the audi advisor was with a customer. She kindly took down my contact information, including my vin number. She then stated she would have him call me back. Needless to say, it is now Thursday March 7th, and I am still waiting for that call...

Any questions you have she is ready to answer and prepared. She has not only helped me in purchasing my new 2024 cross, atlas sport RLine in Voltzwagon. But has helped my family over the years in purchasing their vehicles. We appreciate you Kiki. Linda Hopkins truly has a passion for her job you know what she does she truly loves. She is always available to answer questions. She is so welcoming to, she provides you with coffee, snacks and drinks- she makes you feel comfortable. Much love to you Kiki and wish you more success ahead! She makes the atmosphere at smart luxury vehicles outstanding!

        Jessie and Creighton, my service advisors at Smart luxury of Davenport did an excellent job figuring out what was wrong with my vehicle, letting me know the cost of it, and then submitting it to my warranty. I was never in the dark about how long it would take and I was always updated on the repairs I received. My loaner was of the same brand only newer! I highly recommend this facility to work on your car.
