This was once a nice office with good staffing but the turnover rate for the scheduling and the hygienists has been questionable. Now after the pandemic, the office is rude and the dentist doesnt care about the patients any longer. Also, the secretary was suggesting we all try to squeeze in two appointments because the insurance already paid for them. This is a very unethical practice.

Dr. Jennings is very kind, professional and caring with her patients. Her staff always receives you with a bright smile while taking the adequate precautions given the new normal. They have been very meticulous with their screening process because they care about their patients health and safety. Dr. Jennings administrative assistant was very cordial, efficient and thorough with her work, and diligent in making sure I was aware of my appointment. I would highly recommend this family dentistry office.

Jennings Family Dentistry is a professional, family-friendly, and efficient practice. I can tell they care about their patients AND staff (especially during this pandemic) by ensuring that no one who could potentially be sick enters the space at all! I had my appointment back in June or July and the staff was excellent. Given that the pandemic isn't over yet, I understand that scheduling is difficult, especially given that Iowa doesn't have a mask mandate. I appreciate they're abiding by the rules and taking all measures possible to keep the virus out of the building. One time, I was able to see their sanitizing process and it was extremely thorough. 10/10 recommend!

Dr Jennings is a great dentist. She stays up to date on all the latest technology, research and recommendations but uses a conservative approach to treatment. I never feel pressured and trust her judgement. Her office is comfortable and modern. When I've had an issue with my teeth their office was super responsive and got me scheduled quickly to take a look.
