We had Garrett with R3 check our roof for storm damage. He communicated well with us about the damage, was here to go over the damage with the Insurance adjuster. Always timely and thorough.very informative about scheduling the work to be done, checked with us on how the job was coming along. We are very happy with how the crew did on the installation and cleanup.

R3 came by knocking on my door insisting that I let them do an inspection. I explained to the gentleman that I have had 3 inspections done by other contractors and insurance adjusters in months prior and there was no storm damage present on the roof. The salesman would not take no for an answer, so I reluctantly agreed to an inspection. A few days later Gilbert Lopez came for the scheduled inspection, and came to me with the news that all of the other inspections missed the wind damage on my roof and proceeded to have me watch as he pulled shingles back, likely causing damage that did not exist before he was on my roof. About a week passes, and sure enough with the first instance of wind over 30mph the patches of shingles that Gilbert pulled back blow off, removing the roofing down to the wood. I called him immediately, and he claimed he never pulled shingles back, even though I stood there and watched him. He was supposed to come put a tarp on the roof first thing this morning, but he called me and insisted that I wait for a predicted storm to roll through because it could be the storm that causes damage you have been waiting for. Im not waiting for any damage? I dont want any damage! The only damage there was caused by his inspection. Now I am stuck trying to sell a home with gaping holes in the shingles. I would avoid R3 at all costs. Their only goal is to get a pay day from your insurance by fraudulently damaging your roof then having you claim it as storm damage.

If you want an honest review, look no further. I had damage in my attic, a window broken in our attic, Christmas decor ruined. Insulation rolls ruined. Was paid to put a good review up and the work on the roof was wonderful, however the mess was made and responses took weeks before ever hearing anything back. I definitely would never recommend this company. And when letting them know what was ruined, I was questioned as to why I thought they ruined these items. Needless to say, Im not happy at all. Updated to add: I had to use a very small amount of $$ that was issued by insurance in my name for living due to emergency, I lost my job as well. No payment plans, also was paid for a good review. Credited me only a portion of the total, even though it cannot be proved it was them who damaged the items however, we dont go up there, so who else would damage my items? Not the only person who doesnt recommend them.
