        Terrible service. Tried to get set up with them. Got a credit app approved and called several times to get a tank set and had no response. If they are not equipped to take on new customers then they should not pull their credit.

        I always order my propane in June and it NEVER gets delivered before September/October. Last year I ordered it and it never came so I had to call them to remind them. Didnt get delivered until November. Definitely switching gas companies this year.

        Knocks on door twice then leave then refuses to help. Doesnt know how to call a customer

        can not keep gas tank full best part I got a 2nd tank been full but they have not ran the gas line been over 30 days Started using FS Oct 2018 to Jan 8th 2019 ran for the 2nd time ran out of gas . I asked for a 2nd tank to be installed they did bring it out and filled it 1st part of Dec thinking but as of Jan 08 19 still not hooked up .
