I hardly ever post critical reviews but the management here has needed better training for a long time. Many of the workers are polite, but the management continues to lack and overturn is high, so service is poor. I waited 26 minutes on Saturday for two breakfast sandwiches and two hashbrowns. The gentleman (a manager) who finally brought out my incorrect order did not apologize once even though he had to ask for my order several times, substitute the hashbrowns with breakfast burritos as they didn't have any, and I had to wait almost 30 minutes for my food. Overhaul the management and you will see better service and happier customers.

Stopped by for a "quick" late afternoon meal to feed the kiddos. It was anything but quick. We'll over 20 minutes to get 4 meals. They forgot part of kne of the meals so we had to turn around and go back. They were awfully rude about it for it being their mistake. Glad I don't travel that way often. I'll make sure not to stop there.

They were in the middle of a huge breakfast backup line. Lady came to the counter quickly, apologized , and took my order. There were employees starting to panic, but the manager cooled down the situation by using a good supportive tone. The counter lady checked on me. Brought my sandwich as soon as it came up. It was fresh, hot and correct. Great day when things work together!
