The plants are dying and obviously are never watered. Will not buy here again to buy plants.

As a general rule, I don't care for "big box" stores. The merchandise seems cheap, the shelves are poorly stocked, and the sales "associates" look as if they would rather be in a dentist chair than working there. Sometimes, I just love to be wrong. Walmart in Denison has the usual fare one comes to expect. But the merchandise was neatly stocked, employees were busy filling shelves with seasonal items, and I was tiring of hunting the one item I needed. So, I reluctantly asked a clerk for help, something I hate to do. The young man, Luis, gave this elder a genuine friendly smile. ( If you don't know the difference; the eyes will tell). He checked his merchandise finder phone, and then offered to walk me to the trash can site. He then helped me sort out what I wanted. Wow! Customer service is still being practiced. Thanks Luis, you re-stored (sorry for that bad pun) my faith in people for that kindness through helping me. It makes a difference, one customer at a time.
