I took my van there with the mind set it was totaled out. It wasnt and urbandale auto body did the most amazing work looks like a brand new rear end of van really appreciate all the works you guys did.

I used Urbandale Auto Body to repair my car after I was rear ended. Ryan was incredibly helpful in explaining the process and had an empathetic and educated perspective of the chaotic world of insurance. Before I was able to schedule a time to get everything replaced, they smashed the truck and bumper back into place for me so it didnt look as damaged. I was really appreciative of that because it took about 3 weeks longer than expected for the insurance company to respond to my claim. When I was finally able to set up a rental car, they had my car fixed and ready to be picked up about a week earlier than I expected! I never want to have to go back to a collision repair center but I would definitely use Urbandale Auto Body again if I had to.
