Such a bad ATM that I'm going to have to call my bank to make sure I didn't just get robbed, I wouldn't trust this bank or really any Chase Bank for that matter

They treat you funny because its the southside, like u shouldnt have an account there because ur a black guy and have a scruffy beard. I dont think Ive ever had a bank account somewhere where they ask me before i can even get to the teller if i have an account there. This is the only chase Ive been to that acts like this. They need to really relax i mean they got bullet proof glass jesus. I honestly hate everytime i have to go inside this one.

From Johnny, the branch manager, to Elvis, the associate banker who took the time to assist me in establishing my account, to the lovely ladies who addressed me upon my arrival and departure (sorry I failed to take note of their names), everyone at this location exhibited superb customer centricity through bright smiles, joyous spirits, and genuine personalities. I'm drawn to the conveniences offered by Chase, which doesn't require face-to-face interactions, but the employees here make you want to come back if for nothing else than a pick-me-up from people who seem sincere in offering the best service possible. In a time where people are so easily moved by their emotions in a negative way my only hope is that this unit not lose the beauty of service which makes them a rarity in the current climate - keep up great work! ***Update: I have run into my first issue; upon calling into that branch, I've learned you don't have the option to hold; instead, the automotive system directs you to call back and disconnects; if I am calling, there's a reason and not to grant me the space to speak to someone regarding said reason speaks volumes.
