        This is a great place in the heart of the city for grabbing a variety of unique treats. Their gelato is great. Their waffles are great. Their drink selection is cool.

        They take 20-25 minutes to blend you a smoothie even with 2 - 3 staff members on hand. Also, the ingredients are usually already chopped up and in a baggie in their fridge. They only have vegan protein. Ingredients are not organic and yet they still charge you like $12 for a smoothie that does not have protein. Protein is an additional charge. Never coming back. To clarify there was 1 customer in front of me. Also, I dont expect fast food speed service, but the employees move slow every time.

      Sorry you feel that way. The ingredients are organic. And we prep the smoothie bags earlier in the shift so that we have them ready to make. We support Hannah Valley protein which is a local protein powder company. Every smoothie company charges for protein powder as an add on. The Choco banana includes it as part of the smoothie. We are not a fast food café. When we are busy, there is an expected wait time depending on how many orders are ahead of yours.
