Kevin at Flowers by Anthony helped me with a very special and important arrangement and memorial plague - the efforts did not go unnoticed. Not only were the flowers on the arrangement gorgeous, the lasting memento slate plaque was top notch. Would absolutely recommend Flowers by Anthony!

Flowers by Anthony was recommended to us by Hamilton's Funeral Home. They made a GORGEOUS casket spay, but due to a blizzard, we had to reschedule the funeral, making the flowers unusable. They worked with us for the rescheduled funeral and were SO kind! The new arrangement was just as gorgeous as the first, though not a casket spray this time (our choice). So many people commented on how beautiful it was. We brought it home and it stayed beautiful for a very long time. In contrast, a couple of days after the funeral, we received a floral arrangement (mostly roses and calla lilies) as a gift that was created by another popular florist in Des Moines. It looked sad in just 2 days and was dead in another day or two. The arrangement from Flowers by Anthony, though days older, had a couple of slightly wilted roses by then (certainly not dead), but the rest of the huge arrangement looked as good as new. It lasted well over a week, far longer than the other arrangement. I will be driving all the way from Ankeny to use them again! Quality flowers and wonderful customer service! Highly recommend!!

I was loading my 3 year old into her car seat outside of this flower shop, and the owner tried to run me over to park, got out of his car to yell at us to move, said he was going to call the cops on us for parking in his space (this was the public parking lot) and left his car nearly side swiping us so it was nearly impossible to leave. I have never been threatened or revved at by a car in my life, and my entire family was shaken. He drove a maroon van and we gave his plate number to the police.

We are from out of the area, and needed to arrange a funeral last minute. You were recommended to us by the funeral home, and I have to say you absolutely knocked it out of the park with the floral arrangements. Could not have been happier with the quality, or the appearance. Thank you very much for making a difficult time a a little bit easier.
