        I replaced a microwave. I had a phone conversation and an online chat, both of which were helpful. I was able to select what I needed from what was immediately available. In a couple days a nice guy came and installed for me, and took my old one. The whole process was pretty timely and painless. The microwave works fine. Im very pleased with my experience.
