After hearing the Birch name a hundred times on a podcast, I finally decided to check them out. I sent a text and later got a call from a rep.
While I haven’t invested in this group or purchased precious metals from them, my first impression (first contact ever) was a man trying so hard to immediately qualify me as worth his time that he didn’t listen to me or respond to my very simple questions.
Because of this experience I won’t contact the business again.

In order to diversify my holdings and prepare for the impending turbulence in the US and Global economy I decided to invest in precious metals. Jake, Tina, and Marino at Birch Gold spent time initially determining what my game plan was in terms of short term, mid term, and long term objectives for this kind of investment. The purpose was to determine what specific kinds of metals would be the best fit before pulling the trigger. I am quite certain that; this is merely the beginning of my relationship with the Birch Gold Team.

Everyone I worked with at Birch Gold was helpful and knowledgeable. They answered my questions and explained every step of the IRA transfer process as we went. My only complaint is that I didn't receive much follow-up while we were waiting for my prior financial institution to process the request and transfer the funds.

I only have good things to say regarding my experience with Birch. I was originally sent information that explained a lot of the selecting and buying process of metals. I then worked with a great salesperson, James A., who helped me and communicated throughout the sales process. I didn't feel as though I was pressured into anything and I was given time to make decisions. I trusted James and would use him and Birch Gold again.
