        Upon arrival checked things out in the room. Asked for another sheet for one of the beds, looked worn out. Unopened alcohol in the fridge. Hot tub didnt work, one of the reasons we picked this location. Light at the desk didnt work. Pool smelled of too much bleach. Nice staff. Good breakfast.

        Our flight was cancelled so the airline sent us there. The lobby smelt so bad. Like smoke and all they do is spray it.. It was TERRIBLE! IT STINKS My kids kept coughing the little time we were in there.Luckily there were no rooms so we ended up not staying there. This lady at the front desk was soooo rude. Very dismissive and argumentative. Loud and obnoxious..She was literally yelling for no reason! Even my 6 year old had to ask why she had an attitude.. POOR customer service , terrible attitude. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If I could give ZEROOOO STAR THATS WHAT THEY WOULD GET!
