Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

This is one of my favorite places to go in my town and while I was on a trip I came to this location and the yogurt was so good and the service was amazing. My server Khallee was so attentive and helped me so much. I love her she was so sweet. Thank you for all the help!!

Recommend the mango flavor, its really good. Doesnt have too many options, but got decent amount of flavors and topping options.

Just spent $7.40 on a cup of yogurt with sprinkles. Three girls are standing around doing nothing. Weve never been to a Menchies and after a minute a girl told us it was self serve and we pay at the scale. There was only one waffle made and it was on display. The store was filthy and at least two of these girls could have been cleaning. The floors are a mess everywhere and there wasnt a single clean chair or table. My son and husband love yogurt, but my husband declined to purchase anything because of the uncleanliness, but my son insisted on getting his yogurt. I would think the owner should aware of poor management, wont ever return.

This is the worst experience. This was even my first time here. None of the cold items were cold. The cheesecake was smashed and very warm. The cool whip was melted. Everything was out and cashier was not willing to refill. She refused my birthday gift through my rewards. I mean this was terrible. Strawberries were warm. Blueberries were warm and mushy. I mean just 0/10. Was very upset.
