Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a real estate brokerage. We have purchased a multitude of homes and sold a multitude of homes over the past 30 years and the experience with RE/MAX Precision was the most stressful and awful experience we have ever had. This company is all about the dollars but does not care about their clients at all. I would stay away from using this company, but if you do have a wonderful realtor that may unfortunately be associated with them, I would also suggest you hire your own attorney to represent and support you.

Marizela Usher was the perfect realtor for us. I can list so many ways she was amazing at her job, but it would be too long. Seek her out and she will make every effort to get your best selling and buying price. But, her service is more than great pricing, her advise and knowledge in the home market will be of great value to you. Finding a home is more than getting a good deal, its about finding the right home gracefully.
