I have been a loyal customer of Midstate for 5 years or more? Usually their technicians (plumbers, HVAC) take time to explain the root cause of problems which is a rarity. If you question a bill (like why this many hours listed, or was this covered by warranty), they may give a partial refund, which is nice I guess, but they make you feel bad about it. Today they said a plumber showed up but no one called, texted, knocked, or rang the doorbell. They said he cleared the drain outside but he never looked in the basement to check anything. I said he should have contacted me, how do I know he was here, but apparently they were offended so they told me to "take my business elsewhere and don't call them anymore." Instead of offering refunds they could give coupons. Instead of telling me to not contact them they could just say they are busy next time I call. Disappointed in the 21st century, there are businesses that feel a need to go out of their way to be unkind. I asked her did she know how long I have had an account with Midstate. The lady had no idea. Apparently loyalty doesn't mean anything Services: Toilet repair, HVAC system maintenance, Plumbing pipe repair, Outdoor plumbing system repair, Repair HVAC, Water heater repair, Heating system maintenance
