        anytime I've had a heating or air-conditioned problem, they come right over and get it taken care of. I highly recommend them!

        Tom was rude to me and when I needed service done to my water heater the 2 guys stoled my channel locks and my spotlight! They were where I had them and when they were here, the 2 guys, and gone my tool and spotlight were gone! And I know one of the guys personally! I don't trust them nor will I call them for help!

        It was 100 outside in my AC went out. Called Tom. Showed up within an hour, had to order a part, oh oh but no 7:30 the next morning with the part installed by 9:30 a.m. 24 hours after reporting fix my AC. Thank you Heat and hair guy
