Dustin,As we’ve stated in our email responses, we are sorry you are experiencing issues. Your email on March 13th of this year was the first we have heard about these issues from work performed last October. We’ve asked you to stop in several times so we could discuss these issues and fix them, but you have refused to reply with a date when you can come in and furthermore, have asked us to refrain from contacting you. Our offer will always stand to correct the issues to the best they can be. Per your statements, neither the scratched area nor the bumper was painted. You refused these repairs and decided to go a cheaper route with paint correction. We advised that the scratches may not come out because they are more profound than most paint corrections will remove. You asked us to try, and we did our best, but they did not come out. We did, however, repair and paint your right quarter panel as requested, and there seems to be no issue there. Addressing the PPF, these few issues are typical and simple fixes for the most part. Plastic on paint is not perfect, and lifting can happen to these tight, small areas where the film does a lot of bending. If you had come in as we requested, we would have looked at the pieces and trimmed or replaced them to correct the issue. As for the tiny bubbles in the bumper, those are all air pockets caused by the rock chips, which are not correctable without repair and repainting. Again, this is an area you did not want to repaint at the time of our estimate. Door edge guards not sticking all the time is also normal, it is also a quick, easy replacement. If you will recall, we installed those at no charge to you for doing business with us. None of us understand the sawdust comments. We have no trees in our retail parking area in front of our building. The only few trees in the area are across the parking lot and are still standing. If there was work on trees being done somewhere nearby, we cannot be held accountable for such things that are out of our control on other individual properties, but we do apologize. Again, our offer stands for you to come in and discuss the issues you are experiencing.
