Veteran Heating and Cooling LLC

Company is extremely unprofessional, doesn't seem to recognize how time works, and lacks any understanding of how real schedules work. They won't call when they are on their way despite requests to do so. They also came at 8:40 for work that was scheduled with an arrival time of 11-3. When it was explained that my fiance and I had to go to the hospital for a procedure, he was very dismissive and acted like we were just trying to inconvenience him. We explained that 11 to 3 was the arrival window and he needed to figure that out and he informed us he would likely be out of town. The worker is clearly blaming us despite the fact he is the one failing to show up during the agreed upon window.

When my furnace broke last week, I figured I'd give Zach a shot at Veteran PHC. I'm super impressed. He came over that day, checked out the furnace, and immediately diagnosed the issue. He also worked with my home warranty company to ensure I'd get reimbursed for 80% of the repair. This week, he fit in my repair and also flushed my tankless water heater for me. I cannot say how much I appreciated the professionalism and quality of service offered by Zach and his team. They were faster than quoted and did a phenomenal job! We can already feel and smell the difference the duct cleaning made. The best part was that he brought his service dog Ollie to the appointment!
