Top notch customer service!! We had multiple quotes for irrigation systems as we were in the process of building a house and would have sod. The company our builder recommended had a vague quote with limited options. T & T had a detailed quote and options. They called us when they were ready to install in the spring as we were a winter move in!! We didn't even need to call and follow up! If we had any issues or concerns they were out the next day to handle anything. We have dealt with many sub contractors and businesses during our building process. T & T stood out and went above and beyond. This was especially important to us as we have noticed a decline in customer service in the past couple of years. This was definitely not the case with T & T. We have already recommended them to our neighbors and will continue in the future! Service: Irrigation system repair & maintenance

For three days we have been scheduled for irrigation start-up in Spring and it was a no-show every day. My wife and I have each made multiple attempts to reach someone. We've left voicemail as well. No call backs and no other attempts to reach us. The phone system is automated and leaves no options except voicemail. We still have no irrigation and are very disappointed. In the past their service had been good but that's clearly changed.
**Update 90 minutes after my review** This system WAS INSTALLED by T and T in 2016 regardless of their claims. Well, they replied to my Google Review very quickly but couldn't knock on my door, ring my doorbell, or answer our calls. My wife was home all day... Then, they decided to cancel our service contract rather than own up to their failure to communicate, knock, ring doorbells, call... . The exchange you see in their reply is the first time we've heard this information about the pump.

I am sorry you felt the need to leave this review.We have been to your property 2 times and have not been able to resolve issues with your pump set up. I am sorry our Service Techs didn't knock on your door and let you know this. This has been communicated to your wife Amanda via phone and our office has spoken with her twice today and at least one other time this week as we have tried to work through this.We have made our best effort to resolve the issue by sending two different technicians who are familiar with typical pump set ups, however neither have not encountered the particular type of pump you have outside of servicing your property and are having a hard time troubleshooting the problems. Since we are clearly not meeting your expectations despite our efforts please feel to find another provider. A check with a refund for your service contract will be put in the mail today.
