        Lexus rx350 taken here to have service. Mark, service advisor said it would be 20-30 mins to look at issue. It was over 2 hours because he dinked around wouldn't give me my keys. Treated us like we were dumb, very sarcastic asking if we knew what 'expired meant, "you know that means it's done", then he said "nothing is free are you kidding me". Lexus was pulled out of shop and left in lot with window down and it started raining and still didn't have keys to roll up windows. The whole drivers side seat and door got soaked. The service staff were very stand offish, rude and unprofessional. When I complained to service manager he turned it around and said we were being rude and combative which is not true. He actually said I was trying to falsify the odometer reading to get the warranty claim paid. I purchased this Lexus from CR Toyota but I will never go back there again.
