        I called CNM needing a chainsaw blade changed in a pinch due to not having my tools with me and being from out of town. Dan had the chain I needed and was able to have if swapped on site in less than 10 min. Great customer service, good prices, and efficient. Would highly recommend

        I purchased a stihl chain saw. Staff friendly and very helpful. They also service the chain saw.

        Bought a new saw there about a month ago. From day one it was hard to start and kept dying. Took it in to have them look at it. The next day i got it back. The guy thats in the front with zero customer service skills took my payment (which was strange because i would have thought if you just bought something there it would be free if it didnt run properly ) without explanation what was wrong with it. I finally looked at the paper and said no issue found. I guess i will record it when i use it again. I feel Dan would have been better hes a great guy!

        I had a broken plug wire on my chainsaw and took it in for repair. The GM fixed it on the spot and also gave me a few pointers for starting the saw first time of the year. Great service!
