        Appointment was made two weeks in advance. Arrived ten minutes before scheduled appointment. Tax representative was overbooked (they have an online scheduling system, this shouldnt happen). The front desk representative had zero clue what was going on (is this not what she gets paid for, to manage the appointments)? The vibe I was greeted with when I initially checked in told the whole story. Should have went with my gut and left right away. Twenty minutes past appointment, a walk in with NO appointment was served by my representative (Lori) before I was. Waste of MY time. Will NOT, be utilizing their services again. This would have been like my fifteenth plus time utilizing their services. Customer satisfaction is not a priority imo at this location. Customer beware.

        Debbie flat out told me I don't have to report my dividend income because I didn't receive a 1099 form. It's still income so it still has to be reported.
