Update: the network issue is resolved at the end of the second day, so we dont look for any refund. However I will keep this post here as the network fee is still very high, and you dont have any other option. The management office has contacted me about their effort to negotiate for a better price, Ill keep updating this review if theres any change. I'm currently living here. They charge a rediculous 80 USD/month for a 100 Mbps network(in case you have no notion of network cost, my previous Xfinity 1000Mbps was 75 USD a month). And the network has been down for a whole day now! If you are a current resident who suffer from the same problem and want to get compensated, plz DM me at dw666x on telegram, I'm building a group with a couple of other residents who want to request compesate or file a case to small claims court.

Excellent apartment for Uiowa Student. Perfect location. Quiet and clean. The building manager, Carlos is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Great building to live in very clean and very secure felt very safe there. The property manager Carlos is fantastic he responds very quickly and deals with anything you need help with. Loved living here!

I lived here for 2 years and it was a good experience. The building and location are great, but the best part is the property manager, Carlos. You can email or text him with concerns and he responds quickly. I would recommend living here if its in your budget.
