        Rent payment has been difficult as the balance appear at random times and at the end of the month, leaving only a day or two and sometimes no email is send to inform tenants. When the issue is forwarded to the front desk, some people are very unfriendly and reluctant to solve the issue ( which is relatively easy to solve). Although this moght not be a severe issue impacting life quality, the way some of the staff deals with tenants is really annoying.

        Had the most difficult time trying to even schedule a tour. I was able to put down a time on their online appointment portal just to get a call saying that I had to confirm if I was a student or staff, and that the tour wouldnt be guided, AND that the office was going to be closed. Why ever have that time as an option? Why make someone jump through so many hoops just to see the place.
